It is participating in the Round it Up America program with those donations going to Nationwide Children’s Hospital’s mental health efforts. It seats 170 inside including the bar and a private dining room for small events and meetings. This Design Collective project features our largest green wall installation to date - a 2,400 square foot living wall with more that 8,500 plants and six built-in upholstered hidaways in the lobby of the Huntington Center. So, while Fusion Alliance has 140 employees in Central Ohio, this office will only have about 30 to 50 working there each day, probably with most coming in for meetings and gatherings with clients, and working from wherever they prefer the rest of the time.

Together, we are dedicated to crafting innovative environments for both public and private sector clients. Projects in our Urban Design studio range from sites as small as a few city blocks to several hundred acres or more. Our work focuses on placemaking, retrofitting our suburbs and corridors, reinvesting in our neighborhoods and cities, and creating vibrant, walkable, mixed-use places that are dynamic, equitable, and diverse.
Outside the office, Sydney is always searching for new places to eat and exploring galleries around the Short North with friends and family. She also enjoys cooking, painting, and adding to her indoor plant collection. She loves building on her music library and some of her favorite include Alternative/Rock - Cage the Elephant, HAIM, Tame Impala.

Amadeus’ experience spans a diverse range of projects, including mix-use commercial developments, athletic recreational spaces, and large-scale healthcare facilities. When not looking for creative solutions to design challenges, Amadeus spends most of his time exploring the world with his wife, listening to audiobooks, being a gaming enthusiast, and aspiring to be a bourbon connoisseur.
The fundamental tools are the building plans, which demonstrate the sizes and relationships of spaces, circulation, ingress, egress and building services. We augment this with site studies, environmental and contextual analysis using physical and computer-generated models, as well as watercolor and photorealistic renderings. What they discovered was that the museum world is still adapting to the era of mass digitisation. Kat Cooper comes to us with a mixed background, most recently two years of experience in commercial design on workplace consultancy and strategy, all the way over in Scotland. She also has experience in hospitality and themed entertainment design, as well as a Master’s Degree in Architectural Conservation from the University of Edinburgh.
